Lydia
Lydia studied hairdressing and beauty therapy at Stockport College in 1997. With a passion for beauty she set off her beauty career to manage various spas and beauty salons across Cheshire, learning along the way and mastering her skills with some of the world's leading product houses. When Lydia went on to have her family she set up her mobile beauty therapy business "beloved" which she successfully ran for 11 years. Fast forward... Lydia met Lauren, they decided that beauty and aesthetics go hand in hand, in 2022 they went on to launch Radiate Health and Beauty! Having a huge ambition & drive for wellbeing, Lydia is always on the lookout for the latest treatments and products to bring to Radiate health and Beauty. Her mission is customer care and you will always be greeted with the biggest smile and will be looked after 100%.
Lauren
Lauren studied adult nursing at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2009. Finding a love for caring for people in the community she thrived in her nursing role, developing her skills to become a specialist practitioner District Nurse, a role that enabled her career to progress into leadership where she could actively promote the delivery of high quality, safe care. Laurens ambition and organisation skills have seen her juggle her NHS role whilst raising a family and undertaking additional development opportunities including courses within the aesthetics industry, an area which soon became a growing passion. Lauren and Lydia formed a friendship after meeting through their children. What started as a conversation about how their combined skills would be a great foundation for a salon, their shared vision became a reality in 2022 when Radiate Health and Beauty evolved. Having a calm and reassuring nature, Lauren always makes sure clients feel safe and comfortable, her goal is to give he best experience all the time.
Ella
Ella is an experienced nail technician having worked in the beauty industry over the last decade, she works part time here at Radiate Health and Beauty alongside running her own business and taking care of her horses. Joining us in 2023, Ella brings an essence of creativity with her passion for nail art and trying out new techniques and designs, keeping your nails in line with current trends.
